How it Works
Comfortable shoes start with the most accurate measurements. Follow this guide to correctly measure your foot.
Design is the most inspiring part of shoe creation process where there are no limits to ones imagination.
Wooden Shoe Last is created according to client's foot measurements and selected model (derby, rischelieu) and style (nose form, shoe width).

3D tape pattern is transferred to 2D to complete final Shoe Pattern pieces and this is an art in itself. This stage is one of he most important ones as it affects the fit on the foot and how the final shoe will look like.
A mock-up of the shoe is created to test the fit and make adjustments to created design. This part is the development process of shoe creation where customer can try the shoe on and see if it fits the measurements and is generally comfortable.
Shoe leather is cut following the mock-up model adjustments. It's trimmed and stitched to assemble the final shoe upper.
Last step is the leather shoe upper fitting on wooden form and sole fixing. This process depends on the chosen sole, it can either be stitched/glued or just glued. Client can choose the inner sole from leather, softened leather, soften leather with amortisation and rubber leather with selected "Vibram" sole.
